Dino Park and Dino Soft Play at Hetland Garden Centre.
Dino Park and Dino Soft Play are operated by A Caulder & Co Ltd. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to A Caulder & Co Ltd.
These terms apply to use of our website, online purchases and visits to our attractions and events. Please read them before making a purchase, together with any additional conditions shown on the relevant booking page.
2. Using Our Website
You must use our website lawfully. You must not upload harmful software, interfere with the website’s security, submit fraudulent bookings or misuse another person’s information.
Anyone making a booking must be aged 18 or over and authorised to book on behalf of everyone included.
Our website content, photographs and branding must not be copied or used commercially without our permission, unless permitted by law.
3. Information and Prices
Opening times, prices, availability and attraction details are shown on the relevant website pages.
Please check these before travelling or booking.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Any additional charges will be shown before you pay.
We may change prices and availability for future purchases. Price changes will not affect bookings we have already confirmed.
We take reasonable care to keep our website accurate. If we discover an error affecting your purchase, we will contact you to explain it and agree how to proceed. If we cannot provide your purchase as agreed and you do not accept an alternative,
we will refund the affected purchase.
4. Online Bookings and Payments
Please check your selected attraction or event, date, time, ticket types and number of guests before completing your purchase.
You must provide accurate contact details, including an email address where we can send your confirmation
and contact you about your booking.
Online bookings must be paid for at the time of purchase. Your booking is confirmed when we send your booking confirmation.
If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your junk folder and contact us before making another booking.
Please bring your booking confirmation or emailed ticket, either on your phone or as a printed copy.
5. What Your Ticket Includes
Your ticket includes only the attraction, event or package described at the time of purchase.
Admission to Dino Park, Dino Soft Play and seasonal events is separate unless your ticket
specifically states that combined admission is included.
Please check the booking page for any age restrictions, group limits, session lengths or other requirements.
Tickets must not be resold commercially without our permission.
6. Arrival and Late Attendance
Please arrive in time for your booked visit or session.
Some events use shared arrival windows, meaning there may be a short wait before your individual visit.
Where this applies, details will be explained on the booking page.
If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you where possible, but entry or a full session cannot be guaranteed.
Missing your booked time does not automatically entitle you to a refund or replacement visit.
7. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Please check the cancellation and amendment conditions shown on the relevant booking page before purchasing.
These form part of your booking agreement.
For leisure activities booked for a specific date or period, the usual 14-day cancellation right
for online purchases does not apply.
Any restrictions on customer cancellations, amendments or transfers will be explained before purchase.
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights where a service is not provided as agreed.
If we cancel your booked event or cannot provide the booked attraction or session, we will offer
an alternative where available or a refund for the affected booking. You do not have to accept an alternative instead of a refund.
If we need to make a significant change to a confirmed booking, we will contact you to explain your options.
8. Visiting Dino Park and Dino Soft Play
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible accompanying adult throughout their visit. Our staff oversee the attractions but do not provide individual childcare.
Visitors must follow displayed safety rules and reasonable instructions from staff. Please use equipment only as intended and observe any age, height or capacity restrictions.
Please tell a member of staff promptly about any accident, injury, damaged equipment or safety concern.
We may refuse admission or ask visitors to leave where reasonably necessary for safety, abusive behaviour or serious breaches of our rules. Any decision about a refund will take account of the circumstances and your legal rights.
9. Dino Soft Play
Please follow the Soft Play rules displayed at the entrance and around the play areas.
Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children and ensuring they use the appropriate play areas and equipment safely.
Please do not enter the play areas if you or your child is unwell with an illness that could spread to other visitors.
Food and drinks must remain in the designated seating areas and must not be taken onto play equipment.
Outside picnics are not permitted in Dino Soft Play.
Please contact us in advance if you have a medical or dietary requirement that needs an exception.
10. Outdoor Attractions and Weather
Dino Park is an outdoor attraction. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and ground conditions.
We may temporarily restrict access to equipment or areas where necessary because of weather, maintenance or safety concerns.
If a closure significantly affects a booked visit, we will explain the available options. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
11. Accessibility and Assistance Dogs
Please contact us before booking if you would like information about access or support requirements so we can help you plan your visit.
Dogs are not permitted in Dino Park, except assistance dogs. Please contact us for information about access to other areas.
12. Gift Vouchers and Other Purchases
Gift vouchers, party packages and any other purchases may have additional conditions, which will be provided before purchase.
Please check the relevant product or booking page for what is included, any expiry date and redemption instructions.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please provide only the information requested for your booking. If you provide information about other people attending, please ensure you are authorised to do so.
